Do you offer a payment plan?
You will have the option at checkout to apply for interest free installment plans offered thru "shopPay".
How long will it take for my order to get arrive?
Standard shipping is complimentary and generally takes < 1-week from date of order (shipping cut off time is 1pm PT M-F).
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! If you need your package to arrive sooner than the 1-week standard shipping, you may select 2-day or even overnight shipping at checkout. You will be quoted a shipping cost based on your selection.
How can I track my order?
Please find your shipping confirmation email. This will include a tracking link for you to follow you package. *Consider checking your spam or junk folder if you are not finding this email.
Alternatively, you may contact us at hello@grablumi.com for personal assistance. Kindly include the name under which the order was placed (and the order # if possible).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are set up to ship to US and Canada only.

Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Do your projectors have a warranty?
Our projectors have a 1-year limited warranty.

How do I place a return?
Please contact us within 30-days of purchase at hello@grablumi.com and provide your return order details (name of person ordering, order # if possible and the reason for the return). You may also visit Returns & Refunds for more information on our policy.
