RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our primary goal is for you to have a positive customer experience.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to reach out for return instructions within 30 days of purchase.

Contact hello@grablumi.com to initiate a return OR to discuss any issues you wish to resolve regarding your purchase.  Kindly include the name under which the order was placed and the order number with your inquiry. 

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns requested within 30-days of purchase will be accepted provided the return is inclusive of all parts and accessories and is securely packaged within an appropriate shipping box
  • For our US based customers, a pre-paid label will be provided for your convenience and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount
  • For our Canadian based customers, kindly email hello@grablumi.com for return approval and return shipping instructions.  The customer assumes payment for shipping the returned product.

PLEASE NOTE: returns not appropriately packaged may incur a re-stock fee of $20 to be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns requested 30+days after purchase will not be accepted.
  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
  • Lumi gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Should you need to return a product that was gifted, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method, if return is requested within the 30-day return period.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@grablumi.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

Should you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@grablumi.com for support, troubleshooting and/or replacement as deemed appropriate.

REFUNDS

Your refund - less the cost of return shipping & upon inspection of the items - will be provided to your original payment method within 10 business days.  You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
