Maintenance Guide
-
Our current Lumi does not support Dolby. To fix this issue, find your way to Settings in Roku:
- Sounds
- Audio
- Surround Sound
- Select PCM (not Dolby)
-
-
The projector comes standard with an IR (infrared) remote control. If the remote control does not work, try to point the remote control at a wall or behind the projector.
-
If there are movable dust particles or relatively large dust particles on the screen, you can turn on the projector, then turn the projector's lens down, slap the projector body, and let the fan blow away the dust.
-
It may be that the filter is blocked, or the LCD cooling fan inside the projector is not working.
- You can check the dust filter and check whether the LCD cooling fan is working normally, if not, you should turn off the power
- Make sure there is no obstruction blocking the air outlet, wait 15-30 minutes then turn on the projector again
