Lumi Labs Inc. Smart Projector Extended Warranty & Accidental Damage Protection Policy
1. Overview
The Lumi Smart Projector Extended Warranty & Accidental Damage Protection Policy (the "Policy") provides additional coverage for the Lumi Smart Projector (the "Device") beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty. This Policy covers mechanical and electrical failures, as well as accidental damage protection, while the customer’s paid subscription to LUMI+ (the "Subscription") remains active and in good standing.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for this Policy, the customer must:
- Have an active and fully paid LUMI+ Subscription at the time of the claim.
- Purchase the Lumi Smart Projector from an authorized retailer.
- Register the Device within 30 days of purchase.
3. Coverage Details
This Policy provides coverage for:
- Mechanical and electrical failures due to normal use.
- Accidental damage including:

This Policy does NOT cover:
- Intentional damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Loss or theft of the Device.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Damage occurring after Subscription cancellation or lapse.
5. Claims Process
To file a claim, customers must:
- Contact Lumi Customer Support at hello@grablumi.com.
- Provide proof of an active Subscription and a valid purchase receipt.
- Describe the nature of the damage or failure.
- Follow instructions provided for return and repair or replacement.
6. Repair or Replacement
- If the Device is repairable, Lumi will cover the cost of parts and labor.
- If the Device is beyond repair, Lumi may provide a replacement device (new or refurbished) of the same model or an equivalent model at Lumi’s discretion.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the Device for repair or replacement.
7. Subscription Requirement
Coverage under this Policy remains active as long as the Subscription is fully paid and in good standing. If the Subscription is canceled or lapses, coverage under this Policy is immediately terminated.
8. Transferability
This Policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Device.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lumi is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Device, even if covered by this Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware.
